Join us for an opening event with Shaykh Abdullah Nooruddeen Durkee on Wednesday, May 22 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Main Library

Dressed in period costume and using stage notes from Charles Dickens' actual performances, Dr. Eric Douglass presents a dramatic reading of A Christmas Carol. In this one man show, Douglass follows the practice of Dickens in his performance, bringing to life a tale of greed and redemption. Come enjoy refreshments and experience the Victorian traditions of this holiday classic.
