VHDA Homeownership Education Program - North Ave.
Virginia Housing Development Authority's FREE Homeownership Education Program teaches future homeowners how to prepare a spending plan, understand credit reports and credit issues, qualifying for a mortgage loan, choosing the right home and more. Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the course. To register, please call Freda Bolling at 225-9255. This workshop will be held at the North Ave. Branch located at 2901 North Ave. Call 646-6675 for information.
