As part of our series of events surrounding the receipt of the NEH Bridging Cultures Muslim Journeys grant, Dr. Ghazala Hashmi, Professor of English at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, will give a talk and lead discussion of one of the grant's selections, Leila Ahmed's A Quiet Revolution: The Veil's Resurgence, from the Middle East to America.
